Welcome to World Of Our Furry Friends (WOOFF)

 Animal Sanctuary in Langkawi Malaysia

Meet our founder, Jeff, and see how we at WOOFF improve the lives of Langkawi’s stray animals. Our dogs and cats have been rescued off the streets following severe injury or trauma.

Jeff’s over 20 years’ experience as an animal therapist and behaviourist means WOOFF knows the best techniques to rehabilitate and, if possible, re-home our furry friends.

How to help?

Adopt

Look no further for your new fur-baby. WOOFF has a number of rehabilitated dogs and cats looking for their forever homes. Who will join your family?

Donate

We rely on sponsorships and donations to fund expenses like food, medication, vaccination, sterilisation, and emergency surgeries for the animals in our care.

Volunteer

Do something unique in Langkawi and help care for the friendly dogs and cats at WOOFF. We welcome both casual and live-in volunteers.

About WOOFF

Registered as “Persatuan Pencinta Dan Pemulihan Haiwan Malaysia (WOOFF)” we are a not-for-profit organisation founded in Malaysia by Jeffery Tan, a highly experienced and qualified animal behaviourist who recognised the severe needs of stray dogs and cats on UNESCO-protected island, Langkawi. These animals are all too often the innocent victims of life-threatening car accidents or abuse like rock-throwing and poisoning.

Dogs Needing Your Help

Here are just 2 of our adorable dogs either looking for their forever homes or needing a sponsor to help with the cost of their rehabilitation and daily care.

Adoption

Angel

Angel was dumped at WOOFF with her sister, Babe, when the pups were about 3 months old. She is energetic, friendly, loveable, and enjoys playtime. Could Angel be the right fit for your family?

Sponsorship

Tommy

Tommy was rescued after being hit by a car and suffering nerve damage preventing the use of his back legs. He receives daily therapy and may also need surgery. Can you help by sponsoring his care?
